To serve internal departments and external businesses with the highest level of professionalism, innovation, ethics, transparency, and technology, using lean practices and the best sourcing methodologies.

The Procurement Division is dedicated in providing professional procurement services to the City departments and vendors. The Procurement staff procures goods, materials, services, and construction in compliance with applicable laws, ethical practices, and transparent procurement methods while balancing costs and quality needed to provide the best service to its residents and visitors.
