Youth Soccer League 2025-26

  • Soccer league for boys and girls to have fun, and stay active
    • Jersey, shorts, and socks provided
    • Amount of games is based on the number of teams
    • Playoffs and championship games for all divisions except 6U Co-ed
  • Ages 5 to 16; age as of August 31, 2026
  • League Divisions:
    • 6U Co-ed Instructional – ages 5 to 6
    • 8U Boys – ages 7 to 8
    • 10U Boys – ages 9 to 10
    • 13U Boys – ages 11 to 13
    • 16U Boys – ages 14 to 16
    • 9U Girls – ages 7 to 9
    • 12U Girls – ages 10 to 12
    • 16U Girls – ages 13 to 16
  • Player evaluations, drafts, and clinics held in September; practices held beginning in October; games start November 1, 2025
    • Division-specific dates and times for evaluations, drafts, and clinics provided at registration
    • Practice days, times, and locations to be determined by coaches, will be communicated after teams are formed, and are subject to change based on weather and availability
    • Game days are subject to change based on enrollment count, weather, and field availability
    • Games rescheduled due to weather will be determined by availability
  • $130 for Coconut Creek residents; $180 for non-residents
    • Credit card payment only
    • The following items must be provided to qualify as a Coconut Creek resident:
      • State-issued driver’s license or valid passport as parent identification
      • One of the following as proof of residency – valid voter registration card, water bill, cable bill, or electric bill; bills to be no more than 2 months from date of submission
  • Practices and games will be held at either Sabal Pines Park, 5005 NW 39th Avenue, or George S. Gerber Memorial Park, 4715 NW 30th Street
    • Practice days, times, and locations are determined by the coach
    • Coaches will contact parents/guardians once teams are solidified and upon background clearance
  • Volunteer coaches needed

    • Application and background screening with fingerprinting required
    • Lack of volunteer coaches could affect the maximum capacity of divisions resulting either in registration of the affected divisions closing prematurely or redistribution of division ages
  • Youth Sports Coach’s Incentive Policy
    • Discount valid for 1 head coach and 1 assistant coach; cannot be combined or stacked
    • Discount is valid for only 1 child per team per sport; coaching multiple children in different age divisions within one sport qualifies for additional discount
    • Coach must attend 80% of games and practices
    • Coach must maintain good sportsmanship solely based on the league coordinator: maintain positivity, refrain from degrading remarks, profanity or unsportsmanlike conduct, no yellow or red cards, and no infractions from referees or league coordinators
    • Prior to the sport they are coaching, must attend coaches training and rules presentation held by Parks & Recreation staff
    • As long as all requirements are met, discount of $50 for head coach and $25 for assistant coach will be applied at the end of the season
  • Registration Details:
    • Registration open July 1st through August 31st or until full per division
    • Register online at CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or by walk-in at the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard, or at the Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road
    • You must have a WebTrac account prior to registering online

    • Birth certificates are required for visual verification of participant’s age and legal guardianship
